November 19 - ABA Leadership Round Table Series - Accountability: From Burden to Empowerment

An intimate CE event where we will look at the behaviors that demonstrate being accountable AND habits that lead to a sense of burden and overwhelm and those that lead to vitality, aliveness, and fulfillment.  Price includes a 30 minute, 1:1 coaching consult with the facilitator to create a practice plan for taking what you learned to your life.

In this Supervision CE event

With a small group of industry leaders, we will explore what it is to be accountable, the behaviors that demonstrate it, and how to leverage it to improve engagement and satisfaction while reducing burnout.  You will
  • Identify specific behaviors in your team that demonstrate being accountable.
  • Identify habits around accountability that quietly undermine performance and satisfaction.    .
  • Identify one barrier to holding others accountable in a way that leaves them with greater effectiveness and satisfaction.
Identify and develop areas for growth.
