In this Supervision CE event

With a small group of industry leaders, we will focus on one element of our Leadership Readiness Competency Assessment - Personal Accountability.  You will
  • Discuss behaviors that demonstrate "being accountable."
  • Identify challenges in developing those skills in mentees.  .   
  • Share practices for developing those skills with other leaders.    
Identify and develop areas for growth.
