The Outcome and Promise

The intended outcome of this program is that you leave with a new experience of your self, able to reliably empower others while bringing presence of mind and vitality to all areas of life.  Our promise is to give you everything we have in service of that outcome.

Why this program?

We start with a powerful assumption: you can have it all.  You can have a career that makes a difference and satisfaction, peace of mind, and fulfillment in all areas of life.  The people around you can have it too.  This program is for people who are already good at their job, and have barriers to their next level of leadership, including:

  • Being "unmessable with" - demonstrating clarity of decision making with challenging people, in tough situations.
  • Managing time to empower you - having and using tools and practices to be present to whatever there is to do and handle now.
  • Communication that empowers - listen and speak so that the people around you grow, develop, and take ownership of their performance.

Who is this for?

In addition to being competent in their current role, participants in this program demonstrate:
  • Being coachable - Being someone who takes feedback and adjusts their performance.
  • Being responsible - Adopting a willingness to locate one's self at cause of the results - both wanted and not - that one is getting.
  • Being growth oriented - Looking for and creating opportunities to learn, even when doing so is uncomfortable.
