Leading With Ease - Empowering Leadership

This is a series of courses for those being mentored by people in our live coaching series. Participants watch and are mentored in applying this content to their professional lives by those participating in the larger-scale program.

Why This Series?

This series exists to support learners who are taking a series called "Leading With Ease" - an intensive 9-month coaching program in which participants deeply explore what leadership really is, where and where they are not providing it, and elevating the presence of leadership in those places where it is most important to them.   

When doing such a series, it really works to have people in your environment who have similar commitments also engaged in those  conversations.   
If you've been invited to participate, your colleague sees you as a someone can provide strong support and leadership as they develop themselves.  

What to Expect?

You will be asked to watch a series of on-demand recordings that introduce a variety of concepts and ideas that ultimately relate to leadership.   

The entire series takes roughly eight hours to complete, and is broken into modules generally lasting from 8-20 minutes, though some are longer.

You and your colleague(s) will align on what you will watch and when as well as when you will get together to discuss, share and apply it to your shared interests. 

People who participate in this series reliably report more efficacy in teamwork, coaching and developing people, as well as greater ease and satisfaction in life.  

This will likely challenge your usual ways of thinking about and looking at the circumstances of your life.  Many of us have habits around leading and leadership that interfere with moving toward what we say we really care about.  Breaking old habits and developing new ones can often be uncomfortable.  As you complete these, your colleague will be getting coaching on supporting you in your own growth.
